Can These Moderators Equalize the Time?

In the first presidential debate, Barack Obama spoke more than four minutes longer than Mitt Romney. Nearly an hour into the second debate, Obama has spoken for two more minutes than Romney. Moderator Candy Crowley did just acknowledge the disparity.
