Already on the Attack
President Barack Obama came out swinging on the first question, bringing up Mitt Romney’s opposition to the Detroit bail-out even though, presumably, the college student who asked the question won’t be seeking a car factory job. In all, a totally different attitude from the president.
And Candy Crowley is following up the question. Like she said she would.
And the president is bringing up another line of attack that he didn’t discuss in the first debate: Romney’s tenure at Bain Capital. For the president’s supporters, this first 15 minutes is what they wanted out of him last time.
