Rep. Chris Van Hollen, of Maryland, the top Democrat on the House Budget Committee, was actually trying to praise Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Muskogee, when he mentioned him in his speech at the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday night, but Oklahoma delegates booed anyway.

CHARLOTTE _ Many of Oklahoma’s delegates and guests to the Democratic National Convention have arrived here for the Democratic National Convention, with more on the way. The convention starts Tuesday evening. First Lady Michelle Obama speaks that night.
