My vote is going for the gentleman in the above video speaking on achieving energy independance, Newt Gingrich. While he may be a very blunt man, which I actually like and believe is necessary, he is by far the most qualified and
experienced candidate to lead our country at this point in history. His record proves this, even showing he was able
to achieve needed results by working in a bipartisan manner with Bill Clinton while serving as Speaker of the House.
And he did so while standing firm on his Conservative principles. In some cases he had to take on members of his own party to do what he knew was right for the American people. He is a great thinker with bold ideas, and has proven he can convert these ideas into real working solutions, contrary to the inaccurate charges stating otherwise from his past disgruntled colleagues whom he had to take on in some issues. His Conservatism has been proven time and again by his record,receiving an American Conservative Union lifetime rating of 90%, 100% in 1998. He was part of the Reagan team, Nancy Reagan having said at the 1995 Goldwater Institute Dinner honoring President Ronald Reagan, “Barry Goldwater handed the torch to Ronnie, and in turn Ronnie turned that torch over to Newt and the Republican members of Congress to keep that dream alive.”. He has endorsements from proven Conservatives ranging from Michael Reagan to Fred Thompson to J.C. Watts. Also of importance is his undeniable ability to articulate the Conservative view better than anyone. Newt has had a very strong showing in most of the debates, winning the majority of them. As a matter of fact, in 2 of the debates he received a standing ovation, which is a rare occurrence. Newt will take Obama to the proverbial woodshed in any debate, on any issue, at any time. And as far as his so called “baggage”, that has been thoroughly scrutinized for years, with the majority proven false, save his infidelities and “sit-down” with Nancy Pelosi which he readily condemned himself. There will be no October surprises with him. I implore everyone to visit his website, see for themselves, do more research, then make their decision. It is imperative we defeat Barrack Obama!

Santorum as a well-trained person in law (Jurist Doctor), business (MBA), politics (B.A.); a lawyer and a legislature with a lot of legislative victories and a Christian knows the difference between God’s law and our Constitution. He has repeatedly stated that he follows his church’s teachings regarding contraception. However, as a matter of public policy, He supports everybody’s right to have accessibility. He also said that he supported funding for such stuff as a member of the US Congress. Some individuals think that Conservative Christians want to have a theocratic regime in USA. Nothing is further from truth. Biblical Christianity does not encourage an imposition of ones belief on others.

Had it not been for advance votes and negative ads by both Romney & Ron Paul, Santorum would have won in Michigan, Romney’s home state. Romney is the weakest candidate. What did he do during the 25 years that makes him an economic guru?
Romney is not an economist. He has the same training in business (MBA) like Santorum. Santorum has a national security and foreign affairs experience unlike Romney. In this volatile world , we do not need another novice to be a Commander-in-chief and the leader of the free world. For the time being , the establishment and Romney may have a temporary relief because of Romney’s win in Michigan & Arizona. A week from today, we may see another trend in the opposite direction. Romney is an ideal candidate that BHO & DNC would like to run against. He is part of the 1% the democratic machine would easily carry out class warfare against and ruin his candidacy in the general election. Romney run a negative ads against Santorum for earmarks. This is the height of hypocrisy as Romney requested and received earmarks for Utah Olympics and the projects in Massachusetts. Romney also criticized Santorum for No Child Left Behind Program, which Romney supported and still supports (I have not heard him withdrawing his previous support). Romney can say anything just to get elected. He criticizes Santorum for Supporting Allen Specter but voted Paul Songas. Can any person tell me whether or not Romney has a consistent core value? Whether we disagree with him or not, we know where Santorum stands on various issues. Can anyone say the same for Romney? Romney & Newt have something in common with BHO: In support of individual health mandate; the bogus man made climate change, cap & trade. Newt changed church three times and married three times. He divorced twice due to infidelity. He paid six digit figure amount for investigation of ethical charges by the US Congress in which all of his republican colleagues voted against him. Romney is believed to be unreliable as Newt is unpredictable.
Despite conventional wisdom, BHO & DNC are afraid to run against Santorum. They started attacking Romney after Santorum rose in polls to create a wrong impression in the minds of voters to turn away conservative and republican voters from Santorum. This strategy will help them the weakest candiadte agisnt which they could carry a class warfare and easily ruin his candidacy due to his record & shiftiness and even Romney’s Mormon faith (I saw a comment by Colbert on MSNBC about Mormonism a week ago).

Some of the comments I have seen about Santorum in various places are totally fabricated. Compared to all of the remaining candidates, Santorum is the only consistent authentic conservative. Even some of his critics admit that he is authentic. I am surprised to see some conservatives continue to support Romney or/and Newt after observing their poor judgments and persistent unpopularity at the grass root level.
In politics, likability and less or non-political, personal and professional baggage are an asset. Both Romney & Newt have a lot of known baggage that could easily be used against them in the general election. The establishment (Republican) made a commitment to have Romney as a presidential nominee.
Romney, Newt, & BHO have a lot of things in common: Individual health mandate; cap & trade; bailouts; TARP. Romney tries to argue that his work in the private sector and as an outsider helps him better than Santorum – who worked and lived in Washington before, to grow our economy. He promotes himself as a candidate who could fix the American economic problem. He may think that the American people may not know that a POTUS cannot & will not create or /and grow jobs. A president could create a healthy environment through a legislative process by the US Congress for a private sector to grow our economy and jobs. Can any one of Romney’s supporters tell the American people all of Romney’s specific achievements that make him electable?

How can we support Romney when his records clearly show that Romney care is the basis for Obamacare (1/6 of the US economy)? It is widely reported that Newt is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) since 1990. CFR stands for a global government at the cost of national independence. In his speech at the center for Strategic & International affairs in July of 1995, I have come across a report that says “He brazenly admitted his disdain for our founding document. According to the report, Newt said “I am for the United Nations”. Gingrich ruined his chance through adulterous affairs and erratic behaviors (according to those who know him closely). Newt is unpredictable and Romney is unreliable. Why still some individuals would like to vote for either Romney or Newt, when the BHO and DNC could easily ruin their candidacy in the general? Why do we give to the left a red meat for class warfare? The so called moderates (liberals) will not win in 2012. If conservatives have not learned from what happened to moderate Bob Dole in 1996 and moderate McCain in 2008, they have no body but themselves to blame. Relatively speaking, Santorum has a better chance of beating BHO by making BHO and his failed policies an issue of the general election campaign. The mass media would like us to believe that either Romney or Newt is electable. Knowing fully their vulnerabilities, they promote either of them as ”electable” in order to carry out their massive and vicious attacks in the general to have BHO re-elected.
Santorum has a family friendly and manufacturing centered economic policy that could grow our economy and jobs. Not only in social issues is he strong but also in national security & foreign policy better than any one of the remaining candidates. Please read online his Iran freedom & Support Act & the Syrian Accountability Act which he authored in 2004. His humble beginnings (lived in public housing, from a coal miner grandfather) with almost no political baggage’s unlike Romney & Newt & Ron Paul (with his reckless foreign policy and libertarian views, anti-Semitism views and his racist newsletters) make him immune to class warfare.
Romney is applying for the top job in the government sector. He was a successful business man in the private sector. Santorum is the successful man in the government sector, the sector to which Romney is applying for the top job. In the government sector, Santorum has a better experience than Romney. He has 8 years’ experience in areas related to USA’s national security & foreign affairs as a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee. Romney accuses Santorum’s vote for earmarks (something done legally) while receiving earmarks for Utah Olympic Games and other projects in Massachusetts. Santorum has national security and foreign policy experience unlike Romney. Santorum has legal victories in social issues unlike Romney. Santorum is more believable unlike Romney & Newt and Ron Paul. Santorum won for 4 consecutive terms in a 70% democratic district until 2006, the year in which the republican brand was hated. He won 53 out of 83 counties in Michigan primary and got 15 delegates like Romney, who outspent Santorum more than 40:1ratio. What a victory in Romney’s home state. The negative advertisements made against Santorum by both Romney & Ron Paul could not bring him down unlike Newt.

Some candidates simply criticize their opponents in order to confuse the public and get our votes. Many people do not understand how members of US Congress function and get anything done.
Santorum knows not only how to pass laws but he is the only candidate with rich experience in national security & foreign Affairs unlike the other candidates.
