Politico.com Reporting That Obama Will Reject Keystone Pipeline on Wednesday

President Barack Obama, who has until Feb. 21 to make a decision on the 1,700-mile pipeline to carry oil from Canada to the Texas Gulf Coast, plans to reject the pipeline on Wednesday, Politico.com is reporting.
