Mililtary’s Highest Appeals Court Takes 1st Lt. Michael Behenna’s Case
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces agreed on Friday to hear the appeal of 1st Lt. Michael Behenna, an Edmond native.

The Army waived its right to file a brief in opposition, relying instead on the opinion from the U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals rejecting Behenna’s claims of an unfair trial. That opinion is here:
