Rep. James Lankford Talks Payroll Tax Cut on C-SPAN
Rep. James Lankford, R-Oklahoma City, appeared on C-SPAN on Tuesday morning to give his views on the fight over extending the payroll tax cut. Lankford said the two-month extension approved by the Senate on Saturday was “destabilizing” because of the uncertainty created.
“You cannot really do tax policy in a two-month term,” Lankford said.

What a burden they have placed on small business. Could they have not at least done a quarter. Just another fight gonna happen again in two months.
Too bad he didn’t do this one the last budget deal when he signed on like a fool, thinking this was the best we could get. You NEVER SELL OUT your beliefs unless you really don’t have any. This guy does not impress me. There are other bills he has not signed on to that as a real conservative he should have.
