Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) was on Morning Joe on MSNBC recently. He said that Senate Democrats haven’t passed a budget in over 2 years and have been a disgrace because of this. Manchin, a maverick as ever, is riding the straight-talk express.

Manchin has said that he and other Democrats in the Senate support Keystone XL. With them and Repub support, we can have a bipartisan bill. Reid needs to do his job and give an up or down vote. Obama then needs to do his job and sign it. But they continue to say no, no, no. All they ever say is no.

Keystone XL was and has been already approved by the State Dept. Environmental impact studies were conducted, and flaws and all, KS XL was deemed to be an acceptable risk.
