People with no money, low pay killed our jobs. There is not need for jobs, no one is spending their own money. There is a lot of spending in food stamps, but the poor takes in more tax help than they pay out in taxes! We need people to get a living wage so they can live & stop bring us all down with them! Pay a living wage!!!!!

I don't believe in freezing salaries without freezing prices. I personally have lost over $2000 in buying power in the last two years that I have not received a cost of living increase in my federal retirement. Health insurance, not including increases in copay and deductibles, and taxes increased and the so called zero inflation was a sham. How can you not include fuel and food when calculating inflation.
There is also a significant chance of 1980's inflation rates returning in the near future. Freezing salaries for 3 years would put people out of there homes or as my family had to in the 80' take on 2 extra jobs to make ends meet. But now there are no extra jobs to be had.

All that being said I greatly appreciate your trying to reduce spending and I voted in this survey all listed items but two.

Respectfully
