Boren a No on Boehner Plan
Rep. Dan Boren, D-Muskogee, said this morning that he will vote against House Speaker John Boehner’s two-step plan to raise the debt ceiling and cut the deficit. Reps. Tom Cole, R-Moore, and James Lankford, R-Oklahoma City, have already said they would vote for it. The vote is scheduled for sometime Thursday.
