Saying the purpose of RuinCare is to Save Medicare doesn’t mean the purpose of RuinCare is to save Medicare. If the proponents of RuinCare were to publicly admit their purpose is to eliminate Medicare, they would lose a lot of the support they have which is really in favor of less radical Medicare reform.

What we really need are congressmen who are honest enough to admit they robbed the Social Security and Medicare funds paid by working class Americans and their employers all these years, candid enough to admit they used those misappropriated monies to fund wars, toys and pork to curry political favor, and smart enough to find a way to put the money back and lock it for the purposes it was extracted from the American workers. Where will we ever find such people?

Health Care is a privilege in America not a right as in other counties is funded by a minimum flat tax. Single payor Health Care is the solution. Don’t touch Social Security.
