There is some very important legislation pending right now and we cannot afford counter-active legislation from the bench. Personal philosophies are rarely kept separate from judiciary rulings. They will rationalize and reason in favor of their own personal viewpoints in an attempt to cherry-pick validation even if the applicability is questionable. Nicely done Senator!]]></description>
