Idiots that voted yes on the amendment banning the consideration of sharia law in court decisions are disgusting. There may as well been a measure asking about banning the consideration of extraterrestrial law in court decisions.

Hi, I am all for punishing theives and murderes under Shria Law. Now how can any father be comfortable with allowing a husband to rape and abuse his daughter? Why would a father or family member wish to stone to death their daughter for going out of the home not dressed in a burka or head scarf?

Women treated as property, I thought we as a country had moved past this. Support Sharia law and you support the subjugation of women. But I do have to say I am all for the removal via sword of the right had of theives and the lopping off of the head or murders. That should take care of prison overcrowding.

I am for sharia law. I lived in the middle east and africa under Sharia for 17 years. The good points are 1.women will not be allowed to drive.2. women will not be able to leave the house without a male escort. 3 the out of wed birth rate will plumett because women will be sewed up at 12 years of age. and only cut open when they are mairred. 4. we can have a CHOP-CHOP square and each county seat, where we can go every Friday afternoon and watch men get their hands, and heads cut off.(I really Miss this)Women and men get lashed and stoned to death. This sounds like law that I would like to live under in the twilite of my life.

I am a Chapel Hill, NC native. We had our problems with race back in the day. In the courts we had bibles for blacks only and whites only. It was silly.

What your state of Oklahoma is doing is also silly. What the hell are you folks afraid of? It sounds and looks to me that your state is afraid of something that does not exist.

A vote against Sharia Law is a vote against tyranny and liberal judges’ interpretation of the 1st Amendment. What would our founding fathers think of Sharia Law permeating our society??? Prohibit Sharia law and muslims benefit too… so tell me, why to muslims move to America??? I’m proud to be an Okie!

What would our founding fathers think of Sharia Law permeating our society? I voted against Sharia as a pre-emptive stike against tyranny and liberal judge intrepretation of the 1st Amendment. Banning Sharia Law protects muslims too.
