		<description><![CDATA[This should not be considered a &quot;landmark decision&quot;.  There was nothing to decide.  The 2nd Ammendment states clearly that we have the right to keep and bear arms and Chicago had no &#039;ground to stand on&#039;.

A city cannot overturn the Constitutional rights we hold.  It should NEVER have been allowed to reach this point.  Interesting when one considers the city of origin and our resident intern president&#039;s &#039;home city&#039; (If you believe he&#039;s an American).  This is no victory.  It&#039;s a sign that common sense has left the building.]]></description>
