Lamb files for lieutenant governor

With his two children and wife by his side,  Sen. Todd Lamb filed for lieutenant governor this afternoon. Lamb, a Republican, says he wants to make sure there are jobs in Oklahoma so his children can live and work in Oklahoma in the future.

“I don’t want them to become future Texans,” Lamb said.

Lamb said he wants to help businesses stay in Oklahoma and promote tourism to the state.

“There’s no reason why big companies from Oklahoma shouldn’t be having their annual conferences in Oklahoma,” Lamb said.

Democrat Sen. Kenneth Corn is also running for the seat.
