Mayor's Flight from DC Cancelled
Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett, in Washington to attend the State of the Union speech as a guest of first lady Michelle Obama, has had to make alternate plans to get home tomorrow.
The mayor’s Southwest Airlines flight from Baltimore to Oklahoma City was cancelled because of the impending storm in Oklahoma.
Cornett said he was planning to fly to Dallas/Fort Worth and catch an Amtrak train back to Oklahoma City on Thursday.
