I believe it should be a crime in Oklahoma to talk on your cell phone while driving, also text messaging while behind the wheel. I had a girl hit me hard enough to bend the frame on my car and I could not get my car door open, while talking on her cell phone. She jumps out of her car and says "Oh! This is my second wreck in a week". She never stopped talking on her cell the entire time we were waiting for the police. I believe it will just be a matter of time before statistics show how dangerous this has become. My vote is to outlaw cell phone use and text messaging while driving.
Thank you for listening.
