Natalie Biddinger was honoree at a bridal shower and luncheon at Mary Price’s home. Co-hostesses were Linda Garrett, Mary Richards, Mary Walsh and Roberta Withers. Biddinger and Drew Haymaker were married Sept. 10^th.

Chicken salad, rice salad, fruit salad, petit fours and cookies were on the menu.

Alex Cross was honored at a party in the home of Ann Fleming. Hostesses were Fleming, Marilyn Henley, Janie Cook, Susie Gray, Mary Reneau, and Linda Tate.

The centerpiece was a large antique basket filled with fall flowers.

The bride-to-be who will marry Collin Corp in November received a large white platter rimmed in silver from the hostesses.

Kathryn Tarr and Michael Mosteller were honored at a couple’s shower in the home of Suzie and Stan Hupfeld. The engaged couple will be married in November. They will honeymoon in Italy so the dinner featured an Italian theme.

Debbie Davis Sanders was honored at a bridal shower in the home of Judy Love. The honoree and John Sanders were married September 18.

Barby James, Deanne Brooks, Kim Doty, Rhonda Grose were hostesses for a bridal shower and martini luncheon for Aija Burris who will marry Mike Springer in May.

The event was at the Deep Fork Grill.

Black, white and floral Mackenzie Childs charger plates and pink, purple and green flowers decorated the tables. Lunch and martinis were served along with a chocolate fudge and French vanilla cake decorated to match the chargers. Cookies in the same colors were given as party favors.

A photo collage of the bride and groom, their parents and grandparents was on display and guests were asked to write good luck wishes which were placed in the back of the collage.

A couple’s shower honored Chelsea Allen and Wes Sims recently. Jenny and Dr. David Chansolme were hosts and co-hosts were Suzy Merritt, Janie Carter, Hilarie Stone, Barbara Jones and Sarah Wienecke.

They served chicken enchilada, along with pork carnitas, black bean,corn and rice salad.  The bride and groom who will be married in November broke a pinata filled with candies and trinkets.

Guests included Theresa Allen, Joe Allen, Linn Yount, Katie Allen, Kathleen and Fred Marks, Joan Allen, Sheli and Tom Adler, Liz and Tim McLaughlin, Mary Lou and Bernie Ille, Meg and Frank Ille,  Suzy and Paul Merritt, Hilarie and Spencer Stone, Sarah and Dr. Rob Wienecke, Marni and Dr. Jay Sigmon, Whitney Price and Rita and Dale Mullins.

Chelsea attended the University of Oklahoma and Wes is an OU graduate who was a four year football starter and played on OU’s 2000 National Championship team. He was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in 2005.

A  dinner and holiday shower honored Ashley Snider and Zack Taylor who were married Oct. 4.
It was in the home of Kirk and Royce Hammons. Co-hostesses were Susan Weaver, Jackie Acres and Jackie Jones.

The buffet table was decorated with a Christmas tree as the centerpiece which was a gift from the hostesses.  There was an ornament for every holiday, plus wedding ornaments. The other tables featured different holidays, Easter, Valentine’s Day, Thanksgiving and July 4th. Gifts included a Stars and Stripes throw blanket and a pumpkin bowl filled with holiday napkins and cups.
