First annual “Breathe” Luncheon Held at Quail Creek Golf and Country Club

Oklahomans came to hear Dr. Deborah Morosini share her connection with lung disease. Morosini spoke at a luncheon organized by the American Lung Association February 3rd at the Quail Creek Country Club.

Morosini shared her efforts in the fight against lung cancer, and how tragically it can affect individuals who have never smoked, like her sister Dana Morosini Reeve.

Leadership in Lung Health Awards were given to Carl Milam, Hospitality Industry; Senator David Myers, Legislative Initiatives; Robin Purdie, Collegiate Initiatives; Donny Darrow, K-12 Initiatives, and Dr. Robert McCaffree, Public Health Care Initiatives.

SPECIAL LUNCHEON SET

Dr. Deborah Morosini, sister of the late Dana Reeve, wife of Superman, is the Keynote Speaker at this luncheon.
will speak at a Lung Health luncheon called Breathe. It will be Feb. 3 at Quail Creek Golf and Country Club. The event is sponsored at the American Lung Association.

Annual leadership in Lung Health Awards will be presented to Dr. Robert McCaffree, Robin Purdie, Carl Milam, Donny Darrow and Sen. David Myers.

There will be a Chinese auction/ raffle beginning at 11 a.m. Lunch, awards and speaker will be at 11:30 a.m.

Elaine Levy and Mary Pointer are co-chairmen. Others on their committee are Whitney Fleming, Carol Ford, Margee Gaeddert, Dr. Norman Imes, Edie Jones and Lesley St. John.

Table hostesses are Carlene Burger, Elaine Levy, Lana Lopez, Mary Pointer, Grace Ryan, Charlotte Richels, Lesley St. John, Jane Thompson, Karla Wallace and Debbie Yoeckel.
