Hi Helen! I keep a full length mirror and a chair in my kitchen. Before leaving each day, I sit in that chair and cross my legs,----in order to view exactly what others will see when I am sitting. If I am going to be in a setting with male persons (my college students or colleagues), I want to see myself as I will be seen. If I will be seated at my desk or at a table with a "modesty piece, I do not have to be nearly as cautious. I continue to be amazed at the view of ladies who sit with crossed legs facing the camera, or male interviewers, etc. Often, they show entirely too much leg and do not look "lady-like"!!!
