Jose Freede and Joe Castiglione host reception for new OU head basketball coach

Jose Freede and Joe Castiglione were hosts for a reception for friends to meet new University of Oklahoma head basketball coach Lon Kruger and his wife Barbara Kruger. The party was at the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club. Assisting and listed on the invitation as Friends of OU Athletics were Gov. Bill Anoatubby, Clay Bennett, Jackie Cooper, Rick Dunning, Richard Ellis, Jim Everest, Tom Love, Aubrey McClendon, Greg Price, David Rainbolt, Lee Allan Smith and Barry Switzer.
Castiglione welcomed everyone and thanked Jose Freede for hosting the party and Smith introduced Coach Kruger who talked about his team.
Among the guests were Cathy Freede, Lou Phillips, Carla and Dick Ellis, Ed Martin, Vicki and Leland Gourley, Blake Wade, David Thompson, Ramona and Homer Paul, Renzi Stone, Kim and Brad Henry, Randy Everest, Jeaneen and Bob Naifeh and Matt Roberts.
Joe Castiglione, Lon and Barbara Kruger, Gail and Tommy Griffin, Clay Bennett and Lee Allan Smith were at the event.
