JUNIOR LEAGUE HONORS FORMER PRESIDENTS
LUNCHEON….Pam Newby, Betsy Mantor, Anne Workman and Carolyn Mee were at Junior League Headquarters for the Past President’s Luncheon. Betsy Mantor was hostess. Outgoing president Karla Wallace and incoming president Laura Ogle gave reports. Among the others attending were Ann Cameron, Beth Shortt, Ann Felton Gilliland, Katie James, Susie Graves and Jeanne Smith.

TAKE A BOW… Marianne and Bill Brown and Lois and Pat Brown attend the dinner celebrating 50 years of ministry for Rev. Paul H. Gallatin. 400 members of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church gathered at the Express Event Center to honor him. Gallatin received many tributes from church members. A video of his life was shown prior to dinner.
Rev. Paul H. Gallatin went to the podium to respond to all the accolades given to him.

TWICE THE FUN…. Elizabeth Farabee, David Rich and Valerie Farabee, were honored at a cocktail party at La Baguette Restaurant. Holly and Clay Healey were hosts as Holly’s daughters have been in Paris (Elizabeth) and Cannes, (Valerie) France, and came home for a visit. Elizabeth is beauty editor for an online magazine in Paris called TheSavoirFaire.com and Valerie has been in Cannes for the annual International Film Festival. She lives in Seattle, Wash., and has opened a strategy services company for independent filmmakers.

GOT RHYTHM…. Dr. Tamara Berg, Dr. Rieger Wood, Dr. Jandra Mayer-Ward, Dr. Krista Jones and Dr. Pam Low were at the Oklahoma Dental Association annual President’s Dinner and Dance at the Cox Convention Center. The event honored outgoing ODA President Dr. Krista M. Jones.

learned about cooking pasta from caterer Carol Sue Taylor. The group has had a series of cooking classes this year.

PATRIOTIC PARTY….Richard Neville, Betsy Daugherty, Drew Neville and Bob Neville were at the family barbecue given by Susan Parker at the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club. The party honored Drew Neville who has recently published a book about his dad, Jack Neville. The title of the book is “Jack’s 45th” and partygoers who purchased the book received signed copies. Proceeds from the book are earmarked for the Central Oklahoma Affiliate of Susan G. Komen For the Cure Fund. The party started with the flag presentation and ended with a bugler playing TAPS.
