Parties Extra!—March 16, 2008—Arts! Arts! Arts!
ARTS! ARTS! ARTS!….The University of Oklahoma’s ARTS! ARTS! ARTS! 2008 event was a special evening for party-goers. Sponsored by the OU Weitzenhoffer Family College of Fine Arts, it was a benefit for the fine arts college student and faculty enrichment fund.
There was a cocktail party and silent auction with entertainment by OU students. There was dinner from Cheever’s Café and a live auction. Then, there was more entertainment by fine arts students and dessert was served while auction results were revealed.
The party was at the Gaylord-Pickens Oklahoma Heritage Museum. Sarah Hogan was honorary chairman of ARTS! ARTS! ARTS!
Linda Garrett was chairman and on her committee were Jerriann Altshuler, Corey Hyde Blake, Becky Buchanan, Kathy Cain, Nance Diamond, Amy Edwards, Jeanette Elliott, Barbara Eskridge, Eileen Price Everett, Beverly Funke, Kirk Hammons, Jayme Howell, Sue Ann Hyde, Barbara Kerrick, Ruth Lampton, Hedra Merson, Sandy Meyers, Laura Ogle, Linda Rodgers, Shelley Swisher, Wanda Swisher, Marcy Taber, Carol Wilkinson Troy, Renate Wiggin and Laura Young.
