Podcast Producer Jacquelyn Farris, Mistletoe Market Chairman Kathryn P. Wilson and Mistletoe Market Print and Marketing Chairman Christi Woodworth meet for a Parties Extra! podcast in the NewsOk studio. They discussed the three day Junior League Mistletoe Market which starts today (October 18th) with the Preview Party at the Cox Pavilion at State Fair Park.

Junior League members will be at the Cox Pavilion of State Fair Park this week-end greeting vendors and guests for the 15th annual Mistletoe Market. The three day event begins Friday, October 19th, with shopping for very special merchandise beginning at 10 a.m. The market closes at 6 p.m. and the same hours go for Saturday . On Sunday, the event opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. Tickets are available at the door.

The preview party is tonight (October 18) from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.This is a night of private shopping, food and a silent auction. Tickets are also available at the door.

There are special children’s events during the weekend including a photo shoot with Santa.

Kathryn P. Wilson is Market chairman. On her board are Kimberly Anders, Debby McQueen, Wendy Mounger, Jennifer Watkins, Staci Aduddell, Jeannie Butts, Christi Woodworth, E’Shaina Harned, Christi Coyle, Jenifer Stehr, Amy Logan, Beth Kerr, Leslie Noller, Bonnie Schwarz, Laura Hine, Bobbie Brewer, Lisa McConnell and Karla Wallace.

There are 108 merchant booths which feature everything from clothing and pewter trays to major holiday decorations and soup and pie mixes.

Mistletoe Market chairman Kathryn Wilson, center, welcomes Renee Knox and Lisa Gregory to the Preview Party Thursday night. The event was very busy with party-goers and the Cox Pavilion was very festive with holiday decorations.

A balloon Santa Claus added to the decorations at Mistletoe Market. There were also beautiful stars, holiday ornaments and colorful packages everywhere at State Fair Park.
