PARTIES EXTRA: JULY 2, 2007-At The Farm

At The Farm…Rita Moore and Wanda and Bill Swisher were hosts at the Swisher Farm for a cocktail buffet honoring Julie and Maj. Mike Benham, Panama City, Fla. They were in town for a wedding ceremony and reception at the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club.
The couple got engaged last year in July. Very soon after that (two days later) he received military orders for Afghanistan where he was to fly F-15 airplanes. They married immediately, but, he promised his new bride that when he returned from his Air Force duty that they would have a wedding. And they did. They exchanged vows in the Sable Room of the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club on June 29th and then went downstairs for the belated reception.
At the Swisher-Moore party, guests enjoyed a sunny evening in the country and enjoyed being with the happy couple. Guests included Janie and Bill Comstock, Joy and Jerry Richardson, Gene and Ed Barth, Pat and Jay Edwards, Nancy and Bob Ellis, Ann and Bob Hoover, Judy Lehmbeck and Kirk and Royce Hammons.
The couple will live in Panama City, Fla., where he is an instructor pilot for the F-15’s at Tyndall Air Force Base.
