I used to work at Frontier City back in the mid 90's. Back then we used to be told of certain rides being haunted. One specific ride was the main focus of their discussions. It was the Nightmare which was originally the Orange Blossom until a shack was built over it. When I first started there. I was taken through an entrance into the actual chambers where the ride frame was. When the door behind me was closed, it was so dark that you could not see your hand in front of your face. Though I was the only person there, I immediately had the feeling as if someone was looking at me in front of my face. This was before I knew about what was going on. The ride consisted of 2 operators, one in the front with the customers and one in BACK under the ride to watch the tracks. This was where all the MAGIC happened. At the time it was told to me that the E-Stop button was pressed several times. It was fairly dark inside the ride, but there was a part of the track that was lit a bit. It was at the bottom close to the ground. Apparently, the button was hit because a set of legs were seen in the middle of the track, no torso, just a pair of legs with boots. Looked kinda like a construction worker. After the button was pushed, the ride immediately stopped and the room was lit up. Nobody was there at all. Even I was skeptical. After about a month, I was working the kiddy trains and I received a call that my buddy had left there screaming. My buddy, who was one of the assistant managers at the time, was working the back of the Nightmare. He told me that he would never go back to the ride. After asking him about what happened, he told me that everything was ok at first but after a while he started to hear voices. He said that he brushed it off but then the voices started to say his name repeatedly, then something grabbed his arm and then he freaked out. This was just an example of an incident that I knew about having. Another would be that every night I worked there a,fter the park was closed ,you could hear drum beats like a in a pow-wow.

Don't mind alternate opinions. As long as they are presented in a rational manner.

I did find your statement of the video being "cornpone"... Either you are a fan of the Urban Dictionary or that you felt the video was rolled in cornbread? Perhaps served with gravy?

Hi Ken,

Nobody really decided that ghosts are linked to electromagnetic anything. That is a Paranormal Myth- and a bad one!!!

The only thing that is has been proven to be linked is that high Electromagnetic Fields have been tested and proven to cause temporary neurological side effects, like hallucinations, dizzy, emotional, anxiety spells and even night tremors. (and more)This has been tested by real scientists.

There is no scientific proof that high EMF levels are related to "ghosts". Those teams that utilize the meters are offering the illusion of being "scientific" with gadgets.

Great question Ken! And you are 100% right! You are smarter than the average ghost hunter!! :)

Maybe you can answer a question I've had forever: Who decided that ghosts leave an electromagnetic signature? Who says that detecting an electromagnetic field has anything to do with ghosts at all? It's like saying that gravity proves the existence of trolls. One thing does not necessarily lead to the other.
