Thanks! I have read that Fish Oil thins the blood somewhat. If aspirin does the same thing, I was just wondering if they worked in the same way with altitude sickness. Hmmm.

Personally, I have not heard of using Omega 3s or fish oil to treat ro avoid altitude sickness. The thing’s I’ve heard: hydration, aspirin, and, in more extreme cases, certain diuretics. And, of course, simply moving down to a lower elevation until the symptoms of altitude sickness go away. But I’ll look into that idea, maybe I can report back something interest. Thanks for posting!
