		<description><![CDATA[Personally, I have not heard of using Omega 3s or fish oil to treat ro avoid altitude sickness. The thing&#039;s I&#039;ve heard: hydration, aspirin, and, in more extreme cases, certain diuretics. And, of course, simply moving down to a lower elevation until the symptoms of altitude sickness go away. But I&#039;ll look into that idea, maybe I can report back something interest.
