		<description><![CDATA[I enjoy reading the &quot;trout news&quot; in Oklahoma, even though I&#039;m out of state now.  Is there any plan to create an alternate winter trout fishery in southwestern Oklahoma?  Unfortunately, probably the only one that might work at all would be below Lake Lawtonka, and there&#039;s not much stream access on Medicine Creek.]]></description>
