CENTRAL
Arcadia: May 20. Channel catfish excellent early morning. Crappie fair to good at 4-10 ft. Report submitted by Chance Whiteley, game warden stationed in Oklahoma County.
Hefner: May 21. Elevation normal, water 72-76 and clear. Largemouth bass good on topwater lures, jigs and spinnerbaits at 4-8 ft. along weeds and rocky shorelines. Smallmouth bass slow on topwater lures, jigs and spinnerbaits at 4-8 ft. along weeds and rocky shorelines. White bass and striped bass hybrids good on grubs, spinnerbaits and Gay Blades at 2-6 ft. along windy shorelines. Channel and blue catfish good on punch bait, cut bait and worms at 3-10 ft. along rocky shorelines. Crappie fair on jigs and grubs at 8-20 ft. along the dam. Walleye good on grubs, spinnerbaits and Gay Blades at 2-10 ft. along windy shorelines. Sunfish and bluegill good on worms. Report submitted by Lucky Lure Tackle.
Overholser: May 20. Elevation normal, water murky. Striped bass hybrids fair on minnows off of windy points early in the morning. Thunderbird: May 20. Elevation 2 ft. below normal, water murky. Crappie good on jigs at 3-5 ft. around structure. Saugeye good on green jigs, sassy shad and medium-diving crankbaits. Channel catfish fair on cut bait and stinkbait. White bass good on jigs, sassy shad and medium-diving crankbaits on humps and drop-offs. Carl Blackwell: May 20. Elevation 5 ft. below normal, water 76. Crappie fair on jigs. Saugeye and striped bass hybrids good trolling crankbaits. Catfish good on all baits. Report submitted by Jon Cunningham, game warden stationed in Payne County.
Chandler: May 20. Elevation normal, water 79 and murky. Bass good on plastic baits. Channel catfish fair on stinkbait. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.
Copan: May 20. Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water clearing. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs at 3-5 ft. from boats around the lake as well as from the new fishing dock at Copan Point. White bass slow on white grubs in areas with large number of shad. Catfish good on cut shad, sunfish and worms below the dam and down the Caney River. Eucha: May 23. Elevation 1/3 ft. below normal, water 76 and dingy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush and structure at 12-14 ft. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits. Bluegill good on crickets and worms around grass beds. Catfish fair on cut shad. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa.
Ft. Gibson: May 20. Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 76 and clear. Largemouth bass good on topwater lures, spinnerbaits and worms anywhere around gravel beds and stumps. Catfish good on juglines and rod-and-reel on shad and cut bait drifting the main flats around Long Bay and Hwy 51 Bridge. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 10-15 ft. Grand: May 22. Elevation normal, water 74. Catfish fair on juglines baited with cut bait above Sailboat Bridge. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 20-25 ft. below docks. Report submitted by Kody Moore, game warden stationed in Delaware County.
Greenleaf: May 21. Elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits, crankbaits and jig-and-worms along shorelines, creek channels, brush structure, rocky points and moss beds. Catfish good on liver and fresh cut bait on bottom. Crappie good on minnows and jigs in green and yellow around fishing docks and brush structure. Hudson: May 21. Elevation normal. Largemouth bass good on plastic baits. Channel and blue catfish good on juglines baited with cut shad at 8-10 ft. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 4-8 ft. Report submitted by Steve Loveland, game warden stationed in Rogers and Mayes counties.

Kaw: May 21. Elevation normal, water murky. Striped bass and striped bass hybrids fair on jigs and live bait when releasing water. Striped bass hybrids good in the lake near the dam. Blue catfish good on juglines and trotlines baited with fresh cut bait in the upper end and on cut shad below the dam. Report submitted by Larry Green, game warden stationed in Osage County.
Keystone: May 21. Elevation 1/2 ft. above normal, water 73. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 5-10 ft. Catfish fair on juglines and trotlines baited with cut bait and shad. White bass fair off points. Report submitted by Karlin Bailey, game warden stationed in Creek County.
Lower Illinois: May 21. Elevation normal, water 44 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits at 1-2 ft. all along the river. White bass fair on jigs at 1-3 ft. all along the river. Striped bass and striped bass hybrids fair on live bait at 1 ft. at the mouth of the river. Channel catfish fair on cut bait on bottom all along the river. Crappie fair on jigs at 1-2 ft. all along the river. Trout excellent fly-fishing the surface, on rooster tails at 1-2 ft. and on Power Bait on bottom from Gore Landing to the dam. Report submitted D. Oologah: May 20. Elevation 5 ft. above normal and falling, water upper 60s to low 70s and muddy. Blue catfish fair on juglines baited with shad at 10-15 ft. White bass fair trolling shad colored crankbaits at 10 -12 ft. on flats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 10-12 ft. suspended around standing timber. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits around flooded brush. White bass fair on jigs below the dam. Blue catfish fair on shad below the dam. Skiatook: May 21. Elevation 6 ft. below normal, water upper 70s and clear in the lower end and murky in the upper end. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 5-15 ft. around structure. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on live shad at 15-30 ft. around the Hwy 20 Bridge. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits in creeks and coves. Sooner: May 21. Elevation is normal. Crappie good on minnows at 4-6 ft. along Hwy 15. Channel catfish excellent on stinkbait and worms in shallow along the rocks. Largemouth bass good on Alabama rigs and soft plastics around points on the cold side of the lake. Striped bass hybrids excellent trolling crankbaits and silver spoons on the north end of the lake on the cold side from the dam to the west. Spavinaw: May 23. Elevation slightly below normal, water 75 and dingy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 15-20 ft. Largemouth bass fair on plastic crawfish and pork rind and jig combo. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa.
Tenkiller: May 22. Elevation normal, water 75 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on soft plastics in shallow water and on crankbaits and spinnerbaits at 5-15 ft. Catfish good on flip-flops with cut bait at 20-30 ft. Sunfish good on nightcrawlers in or near docks. Crappie fair on jigs at 15-20 ft. in brush. Report by Monte Brooks, Cookson Village Resort.
Webbers Falls: May 21. Elevation normal, water murky. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits, buzz baits and bill baits along riprap, creek channels and brush structure. Catfish good on fresh cut bait and liver on bottom along mudflats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs in purple and black around bridges and brush structure. NORTHWEST
Canton: May 22. Elevation 6 ft. below normal, water clear. Channel catfish and bluegill good on worms and crickets along the dam. White bass and striped bass hybrids good trolling crankbaits and drifting slabs. Report submitted by Mark Walker, game warden stationed in Blaine County.
Ft. Supply: May 21. Channel catfish fair on stinkbait and cut bait along the shorelines. Walleye fair trolling the sandbars. Report submitted by Mark Reichenberger, game warden stationed in Woodward County.
SOUTHEAST
Arbuckle: May 19. Elevation 1/3 ft. above normal, water 75 and clear on main lake and stained in some coves and upper arms. Algae bad especially on calm days. Crappie being caught off docks good early morning on jigs and good on 1/16 ounce chartreuse and white jigs at 20 ft. around brush piles. White bass being caught on roadrunners and small rattletraps when chasing shad in open water near dam and fronts of coves. Bass good on chug bugs, drop shot, shaky head rigs and flukes. Channel catfish being caught on shrimp off rocks on dam. Report submitted by Jack Melton.
Blue River. May 22. Elevation normal, water 77 and clear. Smallmouth and spotted bass fair on soft plastics and small spinnerbaits around structure in larger pools. Channel catfish excellent on chicken livers, stinkbait and minnows around current in larger pools. Flathead catfish good on live sunfish around rocks. Sunfish excellent on crickets and mealworms in slack water areas. Report submitted by Matt Gamble, biologist at the Blue River Public Fishing and Hunting Area.
Broken Bow: May 20. Elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass being caught on flukes at 10-15 ft. around structure and timber. Catfish good on juglines and trotlines baited with cut bait and small sunfish. Crappie good on minnows and jigs in the upper end around structure and mouths of creeks. Eufaula: May 20. Elevation normal, water clear in the east and murky in the west. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits and spinnerbaits along rocky areas. White bass good on jigs below the dam when releasing water. Blue catfish good on various baits at 2-8 ft. along rocks and riprap. Hugo: May 22. Elevation 5 ft. above normal, water 68. White bass good on minnows and jigs in the river channel. Blue catfish good on cut bait below the dam. Crappie good on minnows and jigs along flooded timber and riprap in old creek channels and fair to good on jigs below the dam. Konawa: May 20. Elevation normal, water 80 and clear. Largemouth bass excellent on plastic worms at 4-8 ft. along weed beds. Channel catfish good on stinkbait at 5-10 ft. around points. Report submitted by Daryl Howser, game warden stationed in Seminole County.
Lower Mountain Fork: May 20. Water mid-60s. Rainbows still being caught on March browns in the Red Zone. Walleye, white bass and rainbows good on rooster tails and grubs near the power house. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.
McGee Creek: May 20. Elevation 3/4 ft. above normal, water 78 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on Carolina-rigged soft plastic baits and H & H spinnerbaits at 2-12 ft. Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden stationed in Atoka County.
Murray: May 22. Elevation below normal, water 75 and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass good to excellent on various baits. Channel catfish good on liver, shrimp and stinkbait. Pine Creek: May 20. Elevation normal, water clear. Bass good on spinnerbaits in shallow water around secondary points. Crappie good on grubs in shallow water. Catfish good on jug lines baited with cut shad. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.
Robert S. Kerr: May 23. Bass fair on spinnerbaits and plastic worms in shallow areas along the weeds. White bass good on plugs when surfacing. Blue catfish excellent on juglines and trotlines baited with cut shad. Flathead catfish good on live shad and sunfish. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around strip pits. Sardis: May 20. Largemouth bass good on topwater lures and plastic worms at 2-12 ft. early and late. Channel and blue catfish good on cut bait and dead minnows. Texoma: May 20. Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water 72 and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass good on crankbaits, spinnerbaits and plastic combination baits at 5-15 ft. in the creek channels and around riprap. Striped and white bass good on live bait, sassy shad and slabs at 10-20 ft. from Platter Flats to east Burns Run. Channel and blue catfish good on live bait, cut bait and stinkbait at 10-20 ft. from Catfish Bay to the Washita River. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 5-20 ft. around fish attractors and brush piles in the creeks. Sunfish good on worms, shrimp and small tube jigs at 5-10 ft. around the fishing docks. Wister: May 20. Elevation normal, water murky. Largemouth bass good on soft plastic lures, buzz baits and Zara Spooks and fair on crankbaits and spinnerbaits. SOUTHWEST
Altus-Lugert: May 20. Elevation 24 1/4 ft. below normal and steady. Fishing has improved. Walleye and crappie being caught on minnows near rocks around the new fishing dock. Bass being caught on minnows on the point between main swim beach and the dam. Report submitted by Sue Hokanson.
Ellsworth: May 20. Elevation 9 ft. below normal, water murky. Saugeye fair to good trolling around the islands and off rocky points. Catfish good on cut bait off rocky points. Report submitted by Mike Carroll, game warden stationed in Comanche County.
