I HAVE AN OKIEBUG MEDALLION GIVEN TO ME BY DON BUTLER AT JOHNSON COUNTY KANSAS COMMUNITY COLLEGE NEAR OLATHE, KS HE WAS GIVING A SEMINAR THERE AND CALLED ME TO THE STAGE TO ASSIST HIM WHEN WE WERE THROUGH HE GAVE ME THE MEDALLION AND SAID THE WRITING ON THE BACK WAS JUST HIS GOOD LUCK SYMBOL TO ME AND ACTUALLY MEANT NOTHING

I agree it’s not Greek. Try someone familiar with Russian, or one of the Baltic or Slavic languages.

It’s not Greek or Latin. It appears that there are portions of letters mixed with some other symbols.

Ed I believe it is a derivative of early Greek or Roman phonetic alphabet — you might be able to translate it from there.
