In Pa we have ground hog competitions. Well competitors would fill them with water and then freeze them and when brought back to weigh in would usually win till it was caught on. Now they make it impossible to to that. Why cant people just try to enjoy the competition, winning is something but not everything. I love the outdoors with friendly competition but it just gets ruined when someone cheats to win.
