		<description><![CDATA[Texas has seen a peak in big bass.  Not one of their top 15 was caught in the last 10 years.

If the goal of their Sharelunker program is to produce a superior genetic strain of bass that grow larger, then they are failing.   It looks like all their really large bass came when Lake Fork was in its prime, the late 80&#039;s and early 90&#039;s.

The Texas state record is now 18 years old and not close to being broken.]]></description>
