Well let me do the math - $132.00 a year to the state. $900.00 a year for commercial insurance, CPR training (free), boat safety training thru US Coast Guard Auxillary, maybe free -- odds that I will ever be checked for mu guides license less than 2 percent,

All guides are penalized due to an accident by a guide using poor judgement on Texoma and forced by FEDERAL edict to pony up or else the Federal Government takes over from the State of Oklahoma.

Whatever happened to the US Constitution? There was once a Tenth Ammendment that States had jurisdiction with its borders for such law.

HMMMM I know a good constitutional lawyer who likes such cases.
