It’s good to hear things have picked up at Hugo and Pine Creek though I’m curious as to what has caused this change?

Let texas start taking water out of the kiamichi and that will be the end of that. texas says they just want water from below the hugo dam but how long before they start demanding water to be released from hugo lake and the kiamichi.
