The only “first round” that Mr. Jones will qualify for is possibly the fantasy football league or perhaps they draft ministers these days, Landry’s true calling.

Just count me as happy that Landry will be playing football next season while NOT wearing the Crimson and Cream. Best of luck to him though.

When I look back on the Nebraska game in Landry’s freshman year, I often wonder if he doesn’t have a little bit of PTSD. Under pressure, Jones get rattled on occasion–we all know that. As a some day to be pastor, Landry has all the answers to be at peace in the pocket. With a little help, the happy feet can turn to Shalom shoes. We wish him the best at the next level.

Plain and simple, he just cant bear the thought of contact. unfortunately the N’FL is a bit physical. If it were a flag fball league draft I would take him numero uno. He really does seem like a good kid. Wish him the best of luck.

Jones is looking at maybe the third or fourth round. He has a decent arm, poor footwork, doesn’t handle a backside rush, and doesn’t work through his options. He also has the problem of being a four year starter that hasn’t shown much improvement from his sophomore year. If he goes to the right team he has a chance to develop into an NFL QB. If not he will be in for three years and then out.
