Ran out of room. Collin was very good, JOnes had an excellent year ( who else had back to back 500 yard days, who else came from behind in 3 games and won a share of the conference? ND was pretty lucky and a great defense with Te’o, but have to hand it to the freshman, Johnny Football, guy has stupendous legs and is an accurate passer. Guess I have to agree with the way it shook out. My vote would have gone to JM, but sure do like Te’o. If we could have had that guy at OU, we would be playing for the NC.

Oh you guys are a bit too old to get excited over this. Yes, I’m an OU fan, and personally would have voted JOnes 4th, based on the fact we lost two games, but so did aTm. The Heisman is supposed to be a reward for being the best athlete in NCAA college football. Where would the teams have ranked in the end without Johnny Manziel, Manti Te’o, Collin Klein, or Landry Jones? Truth is, all these teams would have been in trouble without their best players. However, of all the teams, JM had his moment against #1 Alabama and it was a champions display of talent. Collin did pretty fair against OU and so did Manti. ND beat several good teams, even though they were almost beaten by a couple of lower ranked teams. Who can measure who was the best? aTm certainly played some good teams in the SEC and lost to 2 of them, but they were close games. However, I think ND is not in the Championship game without Manti Te’o.

hmmmmm…. Wonder if he voted for Sarah Palin too. He’s entitled to his opinion, no matter how misguided and uninformed it may be. Manziel is going to run away with it, just like he has done all season.

I’m fairly confident that Jason White does not care in the least about upsetting the Aggie Faithful. It would be as bad to him as in any way upsetting the Shorthorn Faithful. I think he’ll sleep well at night with his vote.

Nice comment Ginny. It’s true that Landry didn’t have quite the year he or the fans had hoped for, but a mediocre game for Landry is usually a great game for most other QB’s in CFB.

A couple of less oskies and fumbles and we would be playing the Tide (reminds me of laundry detergent for the mythical NC. IMO, that would be a barnburner where ANYTHING could happen.
