I have to agree with Patrick regarding the music. Last week Notre Dames band played in between plays up until the snap. This is our home field. There were times they blasted music to drown out the Notre Dame band. That should happen all the time. We should never allow another band to be loud and take away any of our home field advantage. Blast the music and keep the crown pumped!

They do have a great atmosphere up there for a smaller stadium. I really wish those that play the music at our home games would take a page out of ISU's book. They keep their crowd fired up with the great music they play in all the delays and time outs. None of that corny "vote for song of the day" bologna.

I'm not knocking our "gameday experience", as it is one of the better ones. Just think they could rock that brand new multi-million dollar entertainment system a little more, that's all.

OU Must stick with a balanced game plan. Last year, Whaley went out before the Tech game. Too many 3 and outs before a hole was dug so deep that OU didn't recover. Now Williams is out. Whaley will do fine. Pressure will be off Jones. Saunders is emerging as a Broyles replacement. Defensive mistakes will let Iowa State score 21 but OU will
come out on top with 34. A good game at Iowa State will change attitudes and propel OU to a 10-2 season.

We can hope and pray for a recovery by OU Offenseive Coordinator! Painful loss as it was, that is the essence of on again off again offense. Too much confusion prior to snaps has been going on for too long.

Bob, you may be right but Sooner linemen were pretty beat up following the ND game. But I would believe the Sooners will win...just perhaps not quite as handily as you predict.

It seems to me that OU 31, ISU 17 is a pretty optimistic prediction for ISU. They are catching OU coming off of a painful loss, and that isn't good news for the Cyclones. It could be much more of a beatdown. I expect OU to score at least 40.
