Never have been. I do respect him though for all the hours of pain & sweat he’s devoted trying to do right by the football program I love.
So, to put him down and ridicule him is shortsighted at best. The problem is not Landry Jones. It’s a coaching staff that hasn’t done a good job of making him more successful. In other words, with his arm, I have no doubt that Landry Jones would be much more productive if he played for Dana Holgerson, Art Briles or Mike Leach. Either that, or they’ve done a lousy job of assessing talent.
