UT fans will condemn TT and everybody else will praise them. The loser in all this is Texas State, a program that is just trying to grow into a reasonable small program. When the Little 11 allowed the Big 1 to create their own network what did they expect? LHN is looking not just to make money but to spread the longhorn emblem as much as possible. They will again look at putting high school games on the air. The Big XII should have kept Nebraska, Colorado, Missouri and Texas A&M and kicked Texas OUT. As long as UT is in the Big XII the conference will be dysfunctional. It doesn't matter how many years they go without a conference championshiop or how many years they under perform on the field they continue to be the most arrogant administration and fans in the country. If their on field performance every matched their talk and attitude they would win every game 100 to 0.

Good for TTech. It is about time somebody besides T A&M stood up and said no way to the mighty UT. OU and every other school in the Big XII needs to do their best to stand with TTech on this. OU should have left to the PAC 12 when they had the chance. The Big XII is what the SWC used to be....the Texas conference. If ESPN wants a Big XII network then they need to drop LHN.

I don't blame Tech one bit. If I were them there is no way I would agree to play on the LHN. In essence, Texas and ESPN can get the advertising money being brought to the table by Tech. How do you think that will go over in Lubbock helping to give the big bad Longhorns more money in their budget!! ESPN is going to lose out on this one and they have to be regretting giving Texas that 200 million dollar contract because right now the network doesn't really amount to anything. No on wants to watch Cow Roping and swimming 24/7. ESPN is losing its shirt on this deal because they can't even get the LHN on many of the cable lineups as it is!!!

tech chooses pride over money how refreshing! If ESPN understood that concept they wouldn't keep scrambling for programing to get their $200 million back. Maybe they are having troubles making ends meet selling ads on second tier cable systems as a premium network for swimming and diving!
