		<description><![CDATA[Won&#039;t happen.  They don&#039;t fit the reasons for granting a waiver.  Neither school went on probation.  I do believe if schools have the right to take scholarships away from players, then players should also have the right to transfer without penalty.  Almost all power is with the school and very little is with the player.  This is a very lopsided situation.  The only way this will ever change is through a class action lawsuit against the NCAA and member schools.  Why not just do away with scholarships for football.  Let the players sign with agents and the agents can provide money for the player to attend whatever football school he can be invited to be a part of.]]></description>
