It was an important win for a team that a season before had one of the worst seasons in the Stoops’ era. The team went on to win a BCS Bowl and get the monkey off their back. True, the 2010 wasn’t a great team. But the game was a significant win for Stoops and the team. Lose it and no one is taliking about LJ. or OU.
