These candy *ss’s that are coming back on defense are in for a rude awakening. Motor-mouthing, Tweeting, Twittering, will come to a halt. Quitters & Bull-*hitter’s make room for the Hitters.

Look for more discipline…but not a heavy hand…while,guys will see a difference, it will not be a boot up their rear….inspiration to meet high expectations always produces better results than Stalin type tactics. I am not saying to give guys a lollipop….but to insist on discipline and focus… Kids will learn that struggle is part of the process and what it actually comes down to is what is inside them…when that happens it turns work into fun…and kids seek more from themselves and the coaches on how to get better…the heavy hand is only useful when a program has lost control….let’s hope Bob took care of that in January…
