Considering everything that went wrong this season and all the injury problems I respect the effort from the players after key losses and the media coming down on them so hard. Regardless of all the injuries and lack of depth they lid down and quit.

Sidenote to Dejuan Miller’s Dad: If your son could catch half of the balls that routinely bounce off of his facemask, shoulders, chest, arms and hands, you could actually be proud of him. Instead you blame his poor play on the coaching staff. If anything, the coaches should be criticized for having TOO MUCH confidence in your son, who consistently failed to live up to expectations. Face reality bud, your kid had a golden opportunity to be a star when Ryan Broyles went down and he pissed it away.

Robert, one small point, our oaching staff is a tad different than it was the last time we went to the NC. Definitely, not the same coaches… Chris Wilson is gone, Kevin Sumlin is gone, Kevin Wilson is gone…and some of the coaches that are still there have changed positions. I love Stoops. Who in their right mind wants to see him leave? But his numbers are going in the wrong direction and that will bring plenty of pressure. With A&M going to the SEC, recruiting in Texas just got harder believe it or not. With OSU on the rise, recruiting in OKlahoma just got harder. UT will always get the lion’s share od who they want. That coaching staff is in the process of reinventing UT football…and it has been ugly…but it hasn’t stopped UT from getting who they want.

It is about trends…..OUs trend looks like the Dow Jones….up and down and up and down. Like it or not those shifting sands affect a lot of things.

Gundy is about to experience the same problems with maintaining staff. Holgerson left, others, too….more on on the short lists…the challenge is replacing those who leave… Kittle and Martinez, not as good as what left OU.

Really Judge? At least get Stoops’ BCS and/or Fiesta bowl records correct if you’re going to complain about him.

And don’t forget, OSU benefited from 3 missed FG attempts by Stanford. Let’s not go re-writing history less than 24 hours after the fact.

Hope Stoops made some notes on that OSU Fiesta win. Maybe Tramel took notes for him. OSU 1-0 in Fiesta BCS…..
OU 1-4 in Fiesta BCS. Congrats to the Pokes. They did it with a lot of local kids and made the entire state of Oklahoma proud!
