Iowa? I hope Iowa will try and run on OU. Nebraska held them to 7 points. They should score that many maybe 14 that’s it.

3 more days in Zona….total of 8 days….hate to be those coaches….more opportunity for kids to do something stupid and get in trouble. From what read, the bowl does not have activities lined up on a day to day basis. Maybe Iowa doesn’t have problems with unsupervised kids like most universities do. But, that doesn’t seem to be the story line on what has happened to this point. The weather can certainly be bad in Iowa this time of year, so maybe that is why they will stay 8 days. I really don’t see an advantage for them by doing this. Who thinks they will practice on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day? This much I feel…OU players needed to go home and get away from one another for Christmas. They need a fresh start and Christmas break will give them that. Fans need to give them a fresh start, too.

Good for Iowa. More time in zona means less time in frigid Iowa. When the game starts, OU will automatically win by tossing their helmets on the field, at least that’s what they thought, 5 times this season. It will be interesting to see how a smash mouth team like Iowa lines up against a dink&dunk Sooner team. Iowa is serious about prep. Work. This is where games are won. Iowa coaches believe in the 6-p’s-Positive-Preparation-Prevents-P!ss-Poor-Performance. Hope this Bowl game doesn’t interfere with the OU players pickup basketball games and night life. Stoops is a h$ll-of-a-coach.
