I thought the new guy was supposed to be an OU beat writer. What's with the Baylor news? If I want to read a general Big 12 blog, I'll go with Ubben on ESPN.com

Let's turn the job over to Mr. Haney. Give Mr. Baldwin a bottle of Geritol with a Prune Juice chaser and send him on his way. He was just getting the hang of being honest about OU and their ineptness in big games. We will be interested to read the articles that MR. Haney, not to be confused with the real Mr. Haney from Green Acre's, writes since he has a first hand knowledge of the SEC. So far it's been very honest and revealing. I hope he keeps it up. Hang in Mr. Haney, but remember, who sign's your check. Their name is on the Stadium that Benny, Bud & Barry built. Not the Gaylords.

I'm guessing that the Browns' transfer to KSU had more to do with Seastrunk's transfer than you know. The revelation that the Browns' eligibility was not in danger from their activities at Miami since they transfered and the violations aren't carried forward with them probably gave Seastrunk (or his advisors) the idea to transfer, especially after his comments in a recent interview where he said that God caused him to transfer because things were about to go down at Oregon.
