t.o. has always been my favorite receiever player. iknow he is a difficult too play with, but he is a competior, where are we too judge him, alot of you need to walk in your own shoes first. nobody is perfect except for the man upstairs. hopefully sam will encourage terrell on and they connect together all season. i hope the rams sign him that would be awesome. one thing for sure the guy can make plays and score quick one on one down the field. guarantee you if sam throws the ball deep t.o. will be there if no one holds him or takes a cheap shot at him on the sidelines. thats my take. t.o. has gone thru some rough times growing up raised by his grandmother and stuff you have too take that in consideration as well. he is only taking care of himself.

Eudell…we should team up and co-write some articles…You’re dead-on and I completely agree with your observations…I’ve lived in St Louis and T.O. would put fans in the stands along with Sammy…Just my opinion…

This is my opinion, much of his problems are related to his past. Some of it is the media. No doubt he’s made bad decisions. But he does have PR people and he does put people around him to give him positive advise – he’s older.

I don’t think he’s been a disaster on every team. He’s had some disastrous quarterback relationships but I believe he still made all of those team better.

But to answer Ben’s question, a year in cold Buffalo (if you’ve ever been there you’d know what I am talking about). And this time being treated as a castoff.

I’ve never thought he was stupid. Egotistical, selfish, perhaps but not stupid. We will see.

“TO isn’t stupid”? Since when? He’s been a disaster for every team he’s been on. How did he learn so much in the past off-season?

I like it.

Firstly and most importantly, Sam needs someone to throw the ball to and someone that demands attention or he’ll be eating it all season.

Secondly, Like Frank said. TO knows this is likely his last stop and TO isn’t stupid. This will provide him a chance to sharpen his legacy or image or completely ruin it.

The bigger question is whether TO will want to take this job or not? He’ll get another offer that will be with a good team trying to challenge for something. With St Louis, you know it’s just a 16 game season and a paycheck.

Frank, disagree with you. Your opinion is based upon T.O. making a rational decision based upon what is best for the team, not what is best for T.O. He has repeated failed to show any ability for rational thought. T.O. is a punk and should be shown the door and told to leave.

Could be the boost Sammy needs. Owens knows he has a rookie to work with and won’t be a problem in the first year. Defense’s will have to be concerned about T.O.’s ability to get open and Sam’s accuracy…especially deep. Just might be what both players need to survive next year. Owens also knows this could be his last stop…like it or not, so why not help the new QB develop…Just my opinion…
