Clean house and start over with. I will cut Capel some slack but he either didn’t do his homework or took too many character risks. The world of basketball recruiting with the AAU stuff is extremely shady and egos run high. Still, other programs are able to keep their guys in check. Capel’s age was supposed to be an asset to relating to today’s players.

Wow OU hoops is in complete trouble, His scoring and the fact that he was starting to show glimpses of leadership will be missed. HIS LACK OF ONE ON ONE DEFENSE AND INABILITY TO DISRUPT PERIMETER SHOTS WILL NOT BE MISSED. Between TMG and Tiny Gallon OU had porus defense, I wish he would stay but I hope TJ Taylor will help us forget him. I think Jeff has learned is lesson on AAU players who don’t conform in Highschool, gota get players who KNOW HOW TO HEDGE, KNOW HOW TO DEFENSE BALL SCREENS, KNOW HOW TO SWITCH OFF THIER MAN ON HELP DEFENSE……

Although I think TMG is the most ready, I hate to see OU going down like this. Capel seems to be a nice guy, and a good coach. As an OSU fan, I like having both Oklahoma teams do well so the rivalry is fun to watch…but still want us to win.
