I’m not sure Sam would even consider getting behind a young O line that the Sooners have and risk another possible injury. Sure the line may get better but still have a long way to go to be very competitive. It would be great to see the Sooners win out but you have to be realistic about whether they will do that.

This will be interesting…I have a sneaking suspicion that Sam may never play at OU again. If Landry plays well and if Sam is not 110%, I wouldn’t be surprised if OU rolls with Landry for the rest of the season. And I think that is the better long-term decision for OU and for Sam.
