Andre Ware picks BYU over OU, then OU to lose 3 more games
For what it’s worth, during ESPN’s College Football Live, ESPN analyst Andre Ware just picked the BYU Cougars to knock off OU in the season opener at Cowboys Stadium. He said he has concerns about OU’s offensive line. Ware also said OU would lose three other games.

UPDATE: People are wondering who Ware picked for the national championship. Surprise, surprise, Ware picked Florida. -JT

I seriously dont think Bobby waited til the end of last years season to start thinking about an O-line, lets be realistic! GO SOONERS!!!!!
I sure would like to know where the other 3 losses are coming from. Like to see DeMarco Murray make it past the Big 12 Championship game.
this comment remind me of a line in a movie im sure we all know stupid is as stupid does or in this case supid says
I AM NO LONGER SOLD on OU’s potential. Their recent history suggests what we think about their intensity, talent, and prospects for success have been somewhat inflated, they not longer get the benefit of the doubt so yeah they could LOSE 4.
The realistic questions are.
1. Is OU’s offensive line going to be good enough to protect Bradford long enough for him to find open targets.
2. Is OU’s offensive line going to be good enough to score enough points to win the Big Games. IE: Texas,OSU,Tech & possibly Baylor
3.I Is the defense going to be good enough to contain the offenses in the Big 12. Remember (7)teams last year averaged over 35points a game.
I hope the answer to all of the above is yes. Believe me I am a die hard fan. I am alsoa realistic person though as well.
Go Sooners
People will be suprised on how good this new o-line is. Yeah and I bet he did pick USC. ESPN has alot of OU haters
I don’t know how Andre thinks the sooners, who only had two loses last year, can possible fall to a 8 and 4 season! They have Sam, two 1000+ yard backs, a proven fullback, and two great tight ends back! That is just on the offense. The defense has one of the best d-lines in college football back, not to mention a pretty good linebacker group and good backs. Sorry Andre, but look for the SOONERS to be back in the title game again this year!
Andre Ware needs to quit hangin out with Darryl Strawberry, and quit the crackpipe. Where have you been the last 13 years Andre? OU will be in a rematch with the Gators. Andre-don’t let me see you anywhere in public, I will make you aplogize for talking out the side of your face like that.
If ou would win a bowl game, maybe they would get some respect. I mean seriously guys…. Think about it. BYU aren’t some punks.
Mr. Ware doesn’t look at the world through crimson colored
glass’s, and he’s just being honest. Last season when OU
was hanging 60 on just about everybody and giving up 26(avg.) to just about everybody-40+ to Texas and OSU, those
same people questioned the validity and strength of the OU
defense, and they were right. Don’t be suprised if BYU beats
the Sooners. OU has been, even though they have a winning
record, a weak road team, and the Jerry Dome and Cotton Bowl
are road games, no matter what color uniforms they wear.
I doubt though, if they lose 4 games total, but remember
’05, when Roooofus and that bunch were touted as the second
coming with 9 returning starters on D and OU got popped
first thing by TCU, Texas, and UCLA. It can happen. They
won 8 games and there last bowl victory that year on a wing
and a prayer. Would you have ever thought that, with all
these magnificent teams Stoops has assembled, ’05 would be
the last time OU celebrated a bowl victory in the last 7
seasons?
I doubt BYU will beat OU and I doubt OU will beat BYU by 21 as some have predicted. It’ll be a good game, but as much as I hate to say it OU will likely beat BYU.
B.Y.U. is underestimated. Just because they belong to the mountain west conference they and Utah don’t get the credit they deserve. Just wait till the season opener and all this will be settled. Go cougars!…
Well if Mr. Ware is correct then he will look like a genius because no one else within the sports world is making such a prediction; however, it goes both ways, if he is wrong then he looks like an idiot. We’ll all know what his title should be in 4 months. Andre (the genius) Ware or Andre (the idiot) Ware.
HAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
BYU beats OU! I’ve got to love it. BYU totally controlled the game and won. Got it done in the end with a great drive. Now where is the respect for BYU and the Mountain West. All I hear about is Poor old OU and the injured QB… nothing about a great BYU defense and a WEAK OU defense. Screw you guys.
Andre Ware called it … as did others. Funny though how BYU’s banged up O-Line going against a top-rated OU defense didn’t even enter the discussion or analysis. ESPN analysts, again living up to their mandate to promote the BCS conferences to whom they are beholden by contract … gave the Cougs little credit while blaming an injured and absent Sam Bradford. It’s always something. Bring on a Conference Champion playoff. If you’re the champion you get a shot. Bottom-line. If you win out … you’re the national champ.
OU … Best of luck in the remaining games and also for a speedy recovery for Sam Bradford. My heart sank when he got hurt. I knew immediately that a win, unfortunately and mistakenly, would be painted against his absence.
Mr. Ware got it right. I stick to my pre-season assertion. From now on, until proven otherwise, he should be known as Andre the Genius.
Now to the Sun Bowl to dispatch Stanford.
Go Sooners.

Wow more ESPN hate towards OU. What a freaking Joke…but let me guess…he thinks USC will make it to the title game with a brand new QB right?? Wish I could smack some of these idiots in the head.
