article. Colt, Reesing, Robinson all run. were they ask
to beef up for that, probably not, they are just tough
kids. OU had wish-bone QB&#039;s that weighed less than 225,
and were a whole lot tougher than Sam. Remember Sam got
hurt tackling not running. The way you get tougher is to
run once in awhile in games, not just when Loadholt and
Duke throw &quot;look-out&quot; blocks. When you run purposely, you
